The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel also had a nice pool area where we could lounge and relax.
The price we paid for the room was unreasonable considering the spotty service we received. The staff was slow to respond to our requests and seemed understaffed. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Great complementary cookies and champagne on arrival. The hotel is situated in very peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. Also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby lounge.
Our overall experience was disappointing. Check-in was slow and chaotic. The towels in our room were dirty and we had to request fresh ones. The restaurant staff seemed understaffed and disorganized, resulting in long waiting times and cold food. The hotel is overpriced and does not provide value for money.
